About

Based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

I'm a leader, strategic thinker, and systems builder. I enjoy solving problems that span people, process, and technology.

At Snyder Technologies, I oversee operations across project management, sales, finance, administration, and HR. Much of my work happens behind the scenes: aligning teams, simplifying systems, and making sure the structure can support the ambition.

Closer to home, I co-chair the Connection Committee of the Young Professionals Council at the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. We bring people together, build relationships, and create spaces where people can grow.

A few questions

How do you approach leadership?

I'm drawn to environments where judgment matters more than templates. In practice, that means favoring clarity over noise, designing systems people can actually operate, optimizing for second-order effects, and balancing growth with durability. Whether in business or life, I've learned that the strongest outcomes usually come from restraint, responsibility, and long-term perspective.

What are you focused on right now?

I'm increasingly interested in durability: in business, health, and life. This translates to scaling and evolving Snyder Technologies thoughtfully, designing repeatable operational systems that compound, staying physically and mentally sharp through training and discipline, and continuing to explore ideas around liberty, free thought, and personal development.

What does freedom mean to you?

Freedom isn't the absence of responsibility. It's the presence of choice. To me, it means building systems that create optionality, maintaining physical and mental sovereignty, and cultivating the kind of clarity that lets you act without fear. Real freedom requires discipline. It's earned through preparation, protected through boundaries, and expressed through how you treat yourself and others.

Timeless Stoic Lessons

What stayed with me from Letters from a Stoic and Meditations, on death, friendship, self-control, and how to move through the world without losing yourself.

Seneca's Letters from a Stoic and Marcus Aurelius' Meditations are two of my favorite books. I've read both multiple times, Seneca's letters especially, and they're the kind of writing that gives you something different each time you come back to it. Not because the text changes, but because you do.

Ideas I Like to Think About

I spend a lot of time exploring ideas that help me understand how people work, and how to live well. A few areas I keep coming back to:

The Map of Consciousness

A framework that maps emotional and spiritual states from fear up through courage, love, and peace. I find it useful for understanding where I am, where others might be, and what helps people grow.

Philosophy and Stoicism

The Stoics wrote about what we can control, how to face difficulty, and what it means to live with integrity. These ideas are thousands of years old and still the most practical guidance I've found.

Mysticism and Inner Work

I'm drawn to thinkers who look beyond the surface, those who explore what's underneath ordinary experience. Not as escape, but as a way to understand reality more clearly.

Truth-Tellers Across Time

I admire people throughout history who spoke truth to power and tried to help others see more clearly, even when it was unpopular. Teachers, philosophers, reformers.
